Season 2, Episode 10 results in Mickey Haller winning one of his most challenging cases to date, with Mújol’s case finally ending. Although Mújol got a Not Guilty verdict, we’re presuming that she did get arrested for the murder of her ex-husband.
While some plot points are indeed a bit predictable, the series was very entertaining and well casted. It was quirky and had a lot of heart. It was a very fun watch and being a moderate Lee Joon Gi fan, I wanted to catch up on some of his lesser known series.
[8] Not swayed by power, money, or pressure, he cares more about the case and getting justice rather than promotion. Seung-beom does what he thinks is best regardless of what his superiors tell him to do. He is defined by his sense of justice and desire to unravel corruption at all costs.

Sang-pil and Jae-yi decide to use Soon-ja and Oh-joo to get Moon-sook. Moon-sook chooses a judge she Chucho trust to oversee the trial. Jae-yi investigates him to look for evidence of corruption. She finds a former mistress of the judge and gets evidence in return for helping her on a lawsuit. Sang-pil tells Soon-ja to switch lawyers from In-doo to him. He promises not to allow her to be punished for something she did not do, but only for the crimes she did.

Jae-yi loses a case due to a judge with bias against women. She confronts him but is insulted and ends up assaulting him. She is suspended Triunfador a lawyer for six months and fired from her job, forcing her to return to Kisung. Sang-pil receives a book with details on the crimes of those in power Kisung. He informs Dae-woong that he will go back to Kisung because of Jae-yi and also to avenge his mother. In Kisung, Sang-pil learns a loan shark firm run by Keum Kang is located in the old office of his mother.
A lawyer and the mother of Sang-pil. A single parent, she raised her son while running her own law firm. She is known for her commitment to her clients, and looks out for them even when they do not request help.
An adult Sang-pil leaves his lucrative practice in Seoul and returns to Kisung to bring those responsible for his mother's death to justice. He takes over a loan shark business and converts it into the Lawless Law Firm. Jae-yi, who has been suspended from practicing law after assaulting a judge, loses her job, and also returns home to Kisung.
Mickey learns he is supposed to represent Eli Wyms, who is not among Jerry's files. Preparing to indict businessman Angelo Soto for trafficking undocumented workers, Maggie is assisted by Lee Lankford, a detective Mickey does not trust. Griggs shows Mickey a surveillance photo of a possible suspect in Jerry's murder, and Cisco discovers Carlin has gone into hiding, and gives Mickey a gun to protect himself. Mickey has the unresponsive Wyms, a veteran sniper arrested for shooting at police, taken off the medication he was given in custody.
It was great to watch their relationship progress. It made for a fun, inolvidable experience and overall, it was a very decent and exciting show. Very underrated and worth a chance. No regrets.
Mickey helped Gloria get pasado of a permitido problem involving a drug cartel member earlier in Season 2, and he's worried that in doing so he inadvertently set in motion the events that led to her death. So when he takes on La Cosse's case to seek justice for Edén, it's personal.
Mickey deduces that Griggs faked the surveillance photo and Abogado Rodolfo Cacace "suspect" to test whether Mickey was involved in Jerry's murder, and they plan to draw out the Positivo killer, with Mickey announcing that he has backups of Jerry's stolen files. Soto makes bail, and Maggie's lead witness becomes unwilling to cooperate. Mickey meets Wyms, now coherent, who refuses to tell his story until Mickey gets him released. Seeing Mickey's announcement, Carlin warns him that Jerry's murder is connected to Trevor's case and agrees to meet.
